Questions we get asked a lot
What is DIY Saver and how do I use it?
You measure your own windows using our step by step guide and submit the measurements when you order. We take $200 off your total. If you are mid-renovation and your ID is already coming over, just ask them to take the measurements for you. That counts too.
What is the ID Consultation and who is it really for?
It is a $300 add-on where our interior designer comes to your home and thinks through the whole picture with you. Not just which blind fits the window, but how the light moves through the room, what mood you want in each space, and which fabrics pull everything together. It is really for homeowners who want a proper refresh done well, without doing a full renovation.
How long does the whole thing take?
From confirmed order to delivery is 5 to 6 weeks. Everything is made to order for your specific windows. If you have a move-in date coming up, let us know and we will plan around it.
Can I mix products across different rooms?
Yes, and most people do. Day and night curtains for the living room, night curtains for the bedrooms, Roman blinds for the study or kitchen. We quote it all together in one go.
Who puts the curtains up?
We have a list of good freelance installers you can contact and book directly. You pay them separately, which gives you flexibility on timing and keeps our prices honest.
Do you deliver everywhere in Singapore?
Yes, free delivery island-wide to HDB, condo and landed homes. Professional visits and ID consultations are available island-wide on Saturday slots with at least a week's notice.
